That’s why, with the AI access option, you can manage which members in your workspace are allowed to use AI functionality. ## Manage AI access As an administrator, you can decide who in your workspace may use AI features. - Go to **AI access** to set per participant who can generate transcriptions. - In **User management** you can configure this per user.
