Because we work with sensitive information, we find it important to be fully transparent about how we handle your data and which parts of our infrastructure are involved. ## Training of AI models We can be brief about this: **Your data is not used to train AI models.** ## Where is your data stored? On servers in **Amsterdam**. All audio recordings and transcriptions you make with MeetingTrack are securely stored with our provider DigitalOcean on servers in Amsterdam (AMS data center). This means your data is processed and stored within the European Union, under the protection of European laws and regulations, including the GDPR. Our AI models also run on servers in Belgium. This ensures processing takes place close to storage, which both improves performance and reduces the chance of unwanted data transfer outside the EU. ## How is AI used within MeetingTrack? Our AI analyzes your recordings and transcriptions to automatically generate minutes, tasks and decisions. This is done solely to support you as a user, not to train our models or to give third parties access to your data.
