# Initials In PDF agendas and minutes, we automatically generate **four-letter** initials based on your name: the first two letters of your first name and the first two letters of your last name. Example: *Noah de Jong* becomes *NOJO*. This keeps the minutes clear and ensures that the available space in PDF documents is used efficiently. ## Change initials At the moment, it is unfortunately not yet possible to change your initials manually. We are aware that in some cases unwanted initials may be generated. It is our intention to offer the possibility to adjust initials yourself in the future. **Temporary solution:** temporarily adjust your name in your profile.
