# Bugs & Issues Did you encounter a bug or issue in MeetingTrack? Let us know. We respond as quickly as possible and always within 24 hours. ## How to report a bug - Send an email to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) - Add clear screenshots and, if possible, a short screen recording - Paste links to the relevant pages in the platform - Briefly describe what went wrong and how we can reproduce it ## What information helps us The more context we have, the faster we can help. Add where possible: - Steps to reproduce the problem (1, 2, 3…) - What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened (error message, hang, incorrect data) - Date and time when it happened (including time zone) - Screenshots/screen recording showing the entire page (including address bar on web) - Relevant link(s) to meetings, minutes or settings in MeetingTrack ### Platform-specific details - Web (browser): - Browser and version (e.g. Chrome 126) - Operating system (e.g. Windows 11, macOS 14) - Full URL of the page where it went wrong - Android/iOS (mobile/tablet): - MeetingTrack app version - Device model and OS version (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 17.5 / Samsung S23, Android 14) - Whether you were on Wi-Fi or mobile network Note: do not send passwords or other sensitive data in your email. ## What to expect from us - You will receive a response from our support team within 24 hours - We may ask for additional details if needed to reproduce - If there is a workaround, we will share it immediately - Solutions are communicated via email follow-up ## Handy email template Copy-paste and fill in: ``` Subject: Bug: [short description] Description: - What went wrong: - What I expected: - Steps to reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
