# Microsoft Outlook Calendar integration
With MeetingTrack’s Microsoft Outlook integration, you can:
- **Automatically add meetings** to your Outlook calendar
- Send invitations directly to **all participants**
- Add **Microsoft Teams links** to meeting requests
## 🔗 Connect your Microsoft account
Before you can use this integration, you must [[Microsoft|connect your Microsoft account]]
## ⚙️ Calendar settings
1. Click **Microsoft 365** in your integration settings
2. Under **Connect a calendar**, choose the desired calendar from your Microsoft account
- This can also be a shared calendar
3. Turn the **slider on for "Activate calendar link"**
> ℹ️ MeetingTrack does not read all your calendar items but only adds meetings that you schedule in MeetingTrack to your Outlook calendar.
## 📅 What happens after connecting?
- New meetings in MeetingTrack are added directly to your Outlook calendar
- All participants automatically receive an invitation via Outlook as they are used to
- You can optionally also **synchronize tasks** with [[Microsoft To Do]]
## 💡 Tip
Do you have multiple calendars in your Microsoft account (e.g. work, private, team)? Choose yourself **which calendar** MeetingTrack uses to add meetings.
