In MeetingTrack, you can take minutes with the help of AI. The AI transcribes your meeting and automatically generates a task list.
Open a meeting and navigate to the **Recordings** tab. Each minute transcribed costs **1 credit**. Next to the **Buy credits** button you can see how many credits you have left. When buying credits, you can also enable **Auto top-up**, so new credits are purchased automatically once you are almost out.
You can start a new recording by clicking **Create new recording**. Select your microphone and click **Start meeting**. While recording, you can mute your microphone via the microphone icon and stop the recording with the red dot. You can also upload an existing recording via **Upload recording**.
After recording or uploading, you can have the recording transcribed and tasks generated with the **Generate tasks** button. You will see how many credits this costs and confirm with **Generate**. The status of the recording changes to **Minutes processing**. As soon as the tasks are ready, you will receive an **email**. The status then changes to **Minutes generated**.
View the results in the **Minutes** tab. Use **Start minute-taking** to open the minutes and correct text, add deadlines and assignees, or add extra notes. If you add an assignee and deadline, a task is created automatically.
⚠️ Note: only wrap up the meeting once all recordings are processed and the minutes are correct. After wrapping up, you can no longer edit them.
Control AI usage via **AI access**. Here you can set per participant whether they are allowed to generate transcriptions. In your workspace user management, you can also configure this per user.
Are your credits running low? Buy more via **Buy credits** in the Recordings tab or via **Workspace settings** under **Buy AI credits**. Optionally enable **Auto top-up** so you never run out.
