MeetingTrack uses three minute-taking levels to capture your meeting in a structured way: 1. **Top level (Level 1)** – These are the main themes or blocks, such as “Incoming items”, “Project update”, or “Budget”. 2. **Topic level (Level 2)** – Here you note the specific discussion points within a main agenda item. 3. **Decision/Action level (Level 3)** – These are the agreements and actions that result from the topic. You can also link a responsible person and a deadline here. Beforehand, set up the agenda with main agenda items and related topics. During the meeting, add decisions and actions to the relevant topics so that the agenda and minutes flow neatly into each other. You can add a reference to each main agenda item, for example a project name or customer, so you can easily find related tasks and decisions later. In addition, it is possible to indicate per decision who is responsible and when a task must be completed. Tasks receive a color code: blue for decisions, orange for tasks, green for completed tasks, and red for tasks with an overdue deadline. You can also add files at all three levels, for example documents or presentations, to complete the meeting. When you are done taking minutes, simply click “Stop taking minutes” and you can finalize the meeting. This keeps you in control and ensures that all important points and actions are recorded immediately. ### Our other demos [[MeetingTrack overview]] [[1. How to set up your workspace]] [[2.
