The minutes are then “frozen”, which means they can no longer be edited. This helps you build a reliable and complete record of all discussed points and decisions. Immediately after wrapping up, you can choose to schedule a follow-up meeting right away. The follow-up meeting automatically carries over open actions and decisions, so you can easily discuss progress and close tasks. Prefer to do this later? No problem, you can also schedule a new session afterwards via a button at the top left of a finalized meeting. It is also possible to share the minutes as a PDF by email with the participants. Did you invite external participants? Then you can choose to share the minutes with them as well. When you click “Wrap up”, the current meeting is closed and a new meeting is automatically created and opened. This keeps your meeting process clear and streamlined. ### Our other demos [[MeetingTrack overview]] [[1. How to set up your workspace]] [[2. Create a meeting]] [[3.
