In MeetingTrack you can easily create standalone tasks from any page within the app, without interrupting your workflow. Simply click the "Task" button to get started.
Give your task a clear description so you immediately know what needs to be done. Next, you can set properties such as the deadline and priority to keep tasks manageable.
As with meetings, you can link a reference to a task, such as a project or customer, making it easy to find all related tasks later.
By default, a task is private, which means only the responsible person can see it. If you want everyone in your workspace to be able to view the task, set it to public.
You can also add attachments, such as a photo of damage or a document, so the task is complete and everyone has all the necessary information.
Once everything is filled in, click "Create task". Your new task will appear immediately under "My tasks" where you can easily find it.
Additionally, authorized users within the workspace can add notes to tasks. These notes are stored in a chat history, which helps track progress and important remarks. Tasks originating from a meeting are also indicated in the meeting so they can be discussed.
