Go to **Account settings** and look for **Integrations**. Click **Connect** at the Microsoft 365 integration to sign in. Note: sometimes a setting in your Microsoft environment must be adjusted before you can connect. In that case, contact your system administrator. Once connected, you will see the status **Connected**. Through this connection, you can set which calendar you want your meetings to appear in and easily turn sync on or off. You also choose which Microsoft To Do list you want to use for your tasks. The synchronization works both ways: tasks you complete in Microsoft To Do are also closed in MeetingTrack, and vice versa. When creating a meeting, you can now select the **Microsoft Teams** option and send a calendar invite to participants. This way you use your Microsoft connection to the fullest and keep all your appointments and tasks perfectly synchronized. ### Our other demos [[MeetingTrack overview]] [[1.
