# Community templates
Community templates are templates shared by other users and approved for broader use.
You can find them in the **Community** tab under **Templates**.
## What you can do with community templates
- View them
- Search and filter by category
- Use them for new meetings
- Duplicate them into your own workspace
## Publish your own template
Want to share your template with the community?
1. Open your template.
2. Click **Publish**.
3. Add a **short description**.
4. Select a **category**.
5. Submit the template.
Your template then receives the **Pending** status until review is completed.
## Statuses
- **Pending**: submitted, waiting for review
- **Approved**: visible in the community
- **Rejected**: not approved; you can update and resubmit
## Important notes
- Published templates do not expose sensitive meeting details.
- You cannot edit a community template directly; duplicate it first.
- Approved templates can be reused by others, so keep the structure clear and generic.
