Easily search through the transcript for what was said, or listen to the recordings again. MeetingTrack adds minutes to your meeting, which you can review and correct if necessary. Available on: 🖥️ Web (coming soon to 📱App) --- #### **Getting started more easily** Previously, members you invited to your workspace had to accept their invitation before you could add them to your meetings. That wasn’t very practical. From now on, you can also add participants to your meetings who have not yet accepted their workspace invitation. This way, you can get started immediately! As soon as invited participants accept their invitation, they will immediately see the meetings and tasks appear. Available on: 🖥️ Web 📱App --- #### **Multiple assignees per action item** You can now assign multiple responsible persons to an action item in the minutes and also to a standalone task. This is useful when several people need to perform the same task. For example, is there an agenda item that a document needs to be checked? Then add all reviewers: they each get the task in their own task list. Only when all reviewers have checked off the task is it displayed as completed in the minutes. This prevents you from having to create multiple actions for the same item.
